Shipping Methods

At Hill City Cycles, our fulfillment centers process and ship orders 7 days a week, excluding holidays. For items shipping directly from vendors, processing occurs Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. This is reflected in an item’s processing timeline noted throughout the shopping experience.

Our order processing cut-off time is 3 PM ET. Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. For a more specific delivery ETA based on the exact item(s) you would like to purchase, please call us at 1-800-318-4823 or message us via Chat before placing your order.


Standard Shipping

Delivery typically occurs within 1–5 business days. Occasionally, some cross-country shipments may require more than five business days.

Two-Day Shipping

Delivery by the end of the second business day after an order has shipped.
Example:

  • If an order ships Monday, it will arrive Wednesday.

  • If an order is placed Monday night and ships Tuesday, it will arrive Thursday.

Next-Day Shipping

Delivery the next business day after an order has shipped.
Example:

  • An order that ships Thursday with Next-Day delivery will be delivered Friday.

  • An order that ships Friday with Next-Day delivery will arrive Monday.


Shipping Changes

Shipping changes after an order has shipped (such as intercepts, address changes, or will-call pickup requests) are not always possible, depending on the carrier.

Address change requests may be subject to a $20.00 fee per package, if accepted.

Hill City Cycles reserves the right to deny any request at any time.


Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once placed, as they are immediately processed through our automated fulfillment system.

Once all items have been shipped and received, please contact our Customer Service Team for assistance with returns.


Package Refusals

If you choose to refuse your package, Hill City Cycles may deduct all fees incurred from the refusal. These fees will be deducted from any refund owed. Once the item is received and processed, you will be refunded the total amount minus the Refusal/Return to Sender fees.

This policy applies to both domestic (U.S.) and international orders.

We strongly recommend contacting our Customer Service Team if you experience an issue or setting up a return authorization, where you may use our shipping label for $9.99 (contiguous 48 states only).


PO Box Shipments

Orders shipping to PO Boxes may require 3–5 business days of processing prior to shipment to ensure delivery via the United States Postal Service.

Please contact Customer Service for the most accurate delivery estimates.

Certain oversized items may be restricted from PO Box delivery depending on the receiving facility’s policies.

Military Shipping

Hill City Cycles ships to all APO/FPO addresses for our military customers serving overseas. Military customers qualify for our free standard shipping rates.

We cannot ship oversized or hazardous items (including aerosols, chemicals, batteries, or other regulated materials) to APO/FPO addresses.

Due to supplier limitations, please allow an additional 3–5 business days to process military orders.


Alaska / Hawaii / U.S. Territories

Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico may ship via FedEx or the United States Postal Service.

We offer both Air and Ground shipping options for Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

Air Orders:
Expected delivery in 2–4 days after shipment

Ground Orders:
Expected delivery in 1–2 weeks after shipment, with longer transit times for outlying locations.
Ground shipments may travel by plane or boat, and exact transit times are not guaranteed.

Orders shipping to all U.S. Territories (excluding Puerto Rico) will ship via the United States Postal Service and cannot be expedited.

Please allow an additional 3–5 business days of processing for all orders shipping outside the contiguous United States.
